I crewed that aircraft while stationed at Grand Forks AFB 1966-1970. I was honored to be able to fly on the aircraft as a crew chief. I was so inspired flying I got my private flying license while stationed there. After getting out of the Air Force in 1970 I used my GI- Bill to get my commercial flying license. I became a flight instructor. I was the chief pilot at Central Sky Port Avaition at Port Columbus Ohio. We flew air charter flights and a air freight operation. I saw most part of the US and parts of Canada. It was the best time of my life and would do it again. I am retired now and only have my memories to look back on.
